Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Boutique Travel Coordinator to craft curated journeys for travelers who want authentic, out‑of‑the‑ordinary experiences, including islands, boutique hotels, exclusive cruises and hidden gems.

You will connect with clients to understand their vision, design tailored itineraries, address concerns professionally, and add insider tips and upgrades. You’ll support clients from the first conversation through post‑trip feedback in a collaborative, fully remote team.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple requests.
• Comfort learning new online platforms and booking systems quickly.
• Experience in hospitality or travel a plus but not mandatory.
• A genuine passion for travel and for helping others discover the world.
