Job summary
Aritzia is growing and seeking an Associate Boutique Manager to lead the team in delivering world-class experiences and driving sales at our Rosemont store. You will balance sales and service with the right staffing, while overseeing People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations to ensure an exceptional shopping environment.
You will develop and coach a high-performing roster, partner with Business Support to meet corporate objectives, and foster an engaging, aspirational workplace
