• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world‑class experiences and build client relationships.
• Create optimal balance of sales and service with right people in the right place.
• Own or elevate details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations for an exceptional shopping experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day performance of retail team to meet business objectives and develop careers.
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to run the department in line with corporate objectives.
