• Acts as a brand representative reflecting Free People values and drives the store experience with an energized pace.

• Collaborates with peers and leadership, participates in daily meetings and store initiatives, and shares ideas with the team.
• Maintains Free People’s visual and operational standards, supports shipments, and upholds safety, inventory accuracy and store profitability.
