Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results.
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry.
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and staff development.
• Assist with ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team.
• Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand.
