Fourth Floor is seeking Sales Representatives at JFK Airport to deliver luxury retail service and drive sales. You will greet clients, stay informed on products and promotions, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced airport environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring security and safety procedures are followed. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required; a professional appearance is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or selling experience in a luxury fashion
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance
• Bi-lingual skills preferred, not required
• Must be flexible with schedule; evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must pass airport security background check
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for 8 hours
• Must bend, kneel, and stoop as part of duties

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate
• 1+ year of customer service or selling experience in a luxury fashion
• Energized to work in fast-paced environment

• Must be flexible with schedule; Evening, Weekends and Holidays
• Maintain a professional appearance & follow brand standards when interacting with clients
