Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management.
• Regular attendance is essential; able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meets company sales goals by using sales techniques and knowledge to assist customers.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; keeps pricing and visual standards.
• Maintains merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and other duties per Management.
• Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
• Models MAPS principles to provide a cohesive omni-channel experience.
• Resolves customer concerns promptly and ensures a fast register experience.
