Qualifications

• One year of experience in a guest-facing server or similar hospitality role.
• Minimum age 21 to serve alcohol.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, management and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests according to hotel specs.
• Collect payments and assist in maintaining the restaurant area and equipment.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
• Maintain food safety and quality per standards.
