Qualifications

• Licensed OT (OTR/L) or eligible for Washington state licensure.
• Pediatric therapy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy in a boutique outpatient setting serving birth–21 years (occasional adults).
• Collaborate with OT/SLP teams and participate in interdisciplinary co-treatment.

• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate progress with families.
