The role features a flexible schedule, a supportive environment, and compensation ranging from $104,000 to $135,200 annually, with productivity bonuses.

You will work with birth to age 21 clients in a fully equipped sensory gym, collaborating with an OT and SLP team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or eligible for Washington state licensure.
• Pediatric therapy experience required.
• Experienced and new grad pediatric OTs encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for helping children and families reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy in a boutique outpatient setting serving birth to age 21 (plus occasional adults).
• Collaborate with OT and SLP colleagues; engage in interdisciplinary co-treatment.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions in a fully equipped sensory gym.
• Contribute to a supportive, clinician-centered workplace culture.
