Aritzia is seeking an Associate Boutique Manager in Orlando to lead our team in delivering world‑class service, building loyal client relationships, and exceeding daily store goals through leadership, coaching, and hands‑on engagement.

You will drive a balanced approach to sales and service, ensure optimal staffing, develop high‑performing talent, and maintain brand standards across product presentation, space, and operations to create an Everyday Luxury experience for every client.

• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships.
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time.
• Seamlessly own or elevate the invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations that enable an exceptional shopping experience
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of the business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
• Work with Business Support partners to lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
