Ben Bridge Jeweler’s TUDOR Boutique in Waikiki seeks a Boutique Sales Specialist to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales. You will host clients, promote watches, and leverage CRM tools to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent education; Associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales or hospitality.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM technology for clientelling.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer experience when hosting clients.
• Achieve and exceed turnover targets through sales of watches and related services.
• Identify and create sales opportunities within and outside boutique leveraging personal networks.
• Continuously innovate to exceed client expectations and enhance their experience.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and maintain connections via CRM activities.
• Handle customer service requests promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate knowledge of TUDOR’s history, products, and partnerships.
• Deliver exceptional client service to differentiate the boutique from competitors.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for TUDOR and Ben Bridge Jeweler.
• Execute operational tasks with precision and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with team to support boutique organization and teamwork.
