Aritzia is seeking an Associate Boutique Manager in Corte Madera, CA to lead a high-performing team and deliver world-class shopping experiences. You will balance sales with service, coach staff, and drive client relationships while upholding the brand’s Everyday Luxury standard.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships
• Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time
• Seamlessly own or manage the invisible details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience
• Manage day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, and enable progressive career development and a great employee experience
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead daily department operations in support of corporate objectives and employee development
