Job summary

Qualifications

• English fluency required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant or Event/Banquet server.
• Certification in alcohol service (TIPS) and ServeSafe or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service.
• Deliver food and drinks timely and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Know menu items and ingredients to accommodate allergies and restrictions.
• Work collaboratively with F&B team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Maintain clean and organized work station and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
