Job summary

Hotel Yountville in California is seeking a full-time front desk/housekeeping team member to maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and guest areas. The hourly rate is $20.00.

You will greet guests, respond to safety concerns, clean pool and restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure the front office and nearby spaces present a premium experience for visitors in wine country. Ideal candidates show a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, adaptability to shifts, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Regular attendance according to established guidelines.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed (e.g., files, office supplies).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and presentable front lobby for guests.
• Immediately respond to and correct safety conditions such as a wet floor.
• Clean pool area and restrooms.
• Clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items.
• Empty the trash from all offices, including Sales, Executive and Front offices.
• Clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area and related surfaces.
• Greet guests in a courteous fashion.
