Job summary

TruOrtho, PLLC is a boutique orthopaedic subspecialty practice in San Antonio seeking a fellowship-trained Foot & Ankle surgeon to join a physician-owned private practice. This role emphasizes autonomy, precision, and a high-touch patient experience within a focused subspecialty team.

You will help build a defined regional Foot & Ankle service line, collaborate with like-minded specialists, and contribute to practice growth while delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited school
• Completion of Orthopaedic Surgery Residency
• Fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery
• Board certified or board eligible
• Texas medical licensure eligibility

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Foot & Ankle surgical care in outpatient and operative settings
• Manage trauma, sports injuries, deformity, arthritis, and reconstruction
• Build and expand the Foot & Ankle service line
• Collaborate with referring physicians, therapists, and surgical partners
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to practice development initiatives
