Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Boutique Facilitator in Palm Beach who will support sales teams and the boutique to maximize client-facing time. The role requires multi-functional in-store duties, including assisting with packaging and cash handling, with a focus on delivering CHANEL's service mantra.

The position demands a minimum of 1 year of related experience, ability to lift 15 lbs, and a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

About the role:

We are looking for a Boutique Facilitator, someone passionate about providing the highest standards of serviceandwill be trained to be well-rounded in all activities within the Boutique. They will be crucial to the success of the operations within the Boutique. As a multi-functional, “generalist” support role, the Boutique Facilitatorassiststhe sales associates, and the boutique to maximize client-facing time and will support all areas of the Boutique as needed.

Compensation:

• Theanticipatedhourly rate range for this position is $26.00 through $29.00. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position. Other components [may/will] includeadditionalcompensation, benefits, andperks.
