Job summary

Aritzia is seeking a Boutique Director in Troy, MI to lead our Boutique Management Team, driving sales, floor operations, business and people leadership to exceed daily goals while developing a high-performing roster and delivering world-class client experiences.

As a leader you will balance staffing with service, own day-to-day performance, and coach teams to uphold the Everyday Luxury standards, brand aesthetic, and culture that define Aritzia.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management experience with a luxury retail team.
• Ability to coach, educate, and grow high-performing boutique rosters.

The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.

THE ROLE

As the Boutique Director, you will:

• Lead the team to sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships
