DGN Technologies, Inc in San Diego, CA is seeking a Bottling Technician II for our Form, Fill, and Finish Group. This is a 6-12 month contract with in-person interviews and a pay rate up to $18.58 per hour on W2.

You will assist with dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling, prepare formulations per SOPs, and complete batch records. Excel and lab biotech experience are valued. This role offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Formación

• 6 months of relevant experience in a laboratory and/or biotech.
• 6 months of experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products.
• BS in related field or manufacturing/filling/bottling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist bottling tasks including dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling of vials, tubes or bottles, and assembly of kits.
• Formulate products per SOPs and multi-component formulations.
• Verify formulations worksheets and ensure correct concentrations and lot numbers.
• Put away finished goods per designated temperature conditions.
• Operate equipment and use Excel; maintain clean, organized work area.
• May perform data entry and production documentation tasks.

Bottling Technician

Location: 8999 BioLegend Way, San Diego, CA 92121

Duration: 6-12 months with potential extension

Interview: 1-2 rounds, in-person

Pay Rate- up to $18.58/hr on w2

Duties:

• Client is looking for a Bottling Technician II for our Form, Fill, and Finish Group. This role will be responsible for processing product formulations, dispensing antibody products, capping, labeling, kitting and completing batch records, and putting away Finished Good Inventory (FGI). This is a highly team-oriented group which involves working closely with other core teams within the Bottling Department as well as other departments such as Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Custom Solution Team (CST), Packaging and Quality Control groups.

Essential Functions

• Assist in performing various bottling-related tasks, including dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling of vials, tubes or bottles, and assembly of kits
• Formulate products per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, including multi-component cocktail formulations.
• Verify formulation worksheets to ensure that information such as concentrations, lot numbers etc. are correct.
• Put away finished goods products according to their designated temperature conditions
• Use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel
• Set-up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations
• Operate computer-controlled process support/process equipment (i.e., filling line, lyophilizer, capping, labeling machine, etc.) Follow instructions for completion of job tasks
• Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines
• Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies
• May perform data entry and production documentation completion tasks
• Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant experience in a laboratory and/or biotech
• manufacturing and/or filling/bottling/packaging working environment
• and/or BS in related field
• 6 months of experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with automatic filling machines
• Aseptic Technique in biosafety cabinet
• Demonstrated high levels of teamwork, quality, and productivity
