Job summary

DGN Technologies Inc. in San Diego is seeking a lab technician to assist with bottling, capping, labeling, and kit assembly under approved SOPs. You will verify formulation worksheets and ensure correct lot numbers and concentrations.

The role requires basic lab or production experience, around 6 months in biotech or a related field, and familiarity with pipetting. You will also perform data entry and keep work areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in laboratory, manufacturing, or production environments related to sample handling and bottling processes.
• 6 months of relevant laboratory and/or biotech experience.
• Experience in filling/bottling/packaging environments and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Bottle, cap, and label products.
• Prepare formulations per SOPs and work instructions.
• Verify worksheets for concentrations, lot numbers, etc.
• Put away finished goods according to designated temperature conditions.
• Operate equipment such as filling lines, capping, labeling machines.
• Set up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and lab equipment.

Assist in performing various bottling related tasks to include dispensing antibody solutions, capping and labeling of vials, tubes or bottles, and assembly of kits Formulate products per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions including multi-component cocktail formulations Verify formulation worksheets to ensure that information such as concentrations, lot numbers etc. are correct Put away finished goods products according to their designated temperature conditions

Use computer programs such as Microsoft Excel Set-up and prepare equipment for ongoing operations Operate computer-controlled process support/process equipment (i.e., filling line, lyophilizer, capping, labeling machine, etc.) Follow instructions for completion of job tasks Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines Clean and maintain work area and all lab equipment and supplies May perform data entry and production documentation completion tasks Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Skills: Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience

• Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, or production environment related to sample handling and bottling processes
• 6 months of relevant experience in a laboratory and/or biotech

• 6 months Experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products
