Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of Production and Manufacturing Operations for a Production Line Leader in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will lead daily bottling line production, coordinate workflow, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will troubleshoot equipment, document production activities, and support shift handoffs. A strong hands-on mechanical background and leadership mindset are required, with forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• 3+ years of machine operating experience or equivalent in production.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods; basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bottling line production activities and coordinate workflow.
• Monitor production priorities and communicate with internal teams; manage shift handoffs.
• Perform skilled troubleshooting and verifications to meet quality specs.
• Review production documentation to meet quality requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee safety compliance and proper use of personal protective equipment.
