Job summary

Stanpac Inc. is seeking Glass Bottle Printers for our Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on operating industrial printing equipment to decorate glass bottles, with training to advance to independent operation. Shift flexibility may be required as production demands change.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with CNC equipment, operate/setup.
• Basic math skills for measurements, adjustments, and quality checks
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to fast paced and ever-changing environment
• Some knowledge of robotics is an asset
• Good communication skills, written and oral
• Experience with tools

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial printing equipment for decorating glass bottles.
• Changeover machine to different designs and bottle types.
• Load ink colors into printer as per customer specifications.
• Set up screen printing equipment and quality check printed bottles to meet customer specs.
• Implement improvements for cost reduction, quality, and safety.
• Communicate effectively with all associates.
• Assist with training requirements of departmental associates.
• Meet customer specifications and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Stanpac Ink provides glass decorating to the wine, beer, liquor, dairy and food industries across North America. We are currently seeking Glass Bottle Printers to join our team at our Wisconsin facility.

Available Shifts:
Stanpac currently has one shift option available for this position. Please note training for the incoming candidate to 2 nd shift may be required to 1 st shift until able to run Printing Equipment independently. Once training is complete, then the person will be able to be placed onto 2 nd shift.

• 2 nd shift – Monday to Thursday, 4:30PM-3AM
  • *please note shift flexibility may be required as shifts may change in the future based on production demands.

Salary/Wage:$20.00-$30.00 per hour, wage will be determined based on skills and experience

• Practice effective communication with all associates.
• Assist with the training requirements of all departmental associates.
• Consistently meet customer specifications and timelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work within a hot indoor climate.
• Ability to comfortably walk, sit, bend, and crouch.
• Must be willing to wear required Personal Protective Equipment.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs (occasionally may be required to lift up to 50lbs).
