Job summary

Novonesis in Wausau, WI is seeking an Operator - Bottle Pack (2nd Shift) to support automated bottle filling lines for probiotic products. This hands-on role focuses on safe, efficient production with high quality standards in a fully onsite manufacturing environment.

You will operate and assist with bottle filling, capping, labeling, and carton processes, while collaborating with a close-knit team to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English to understand product specifications and instructions.
• Basic understanding of general mechanical functions of machines.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift when required.
• A safety-minded, reliable approach to day-to-day work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Support setup technicians in preparing machines for operation.
• Ensure proper sanitation of all machine parts and components.
• Understand the role and basic function of each machine in the process.
• Handle raw materials, from probiotic capsules to cardboard shipping boxes.
• Assist teammates as needed to keep production running smoothly and safely.
