Responsibilities consist of serving alcohol bottles and mixers to VIP guests during the time we switch over to late night, providing a premium, high-touch customer experience.Responsibilities include taking orders, mixing drinks, presenting bottles with flair, upselling additional services, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of VIP areas.Success in this role depends on excellent customer service, sales skills, a high-energy attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, social environment.

Key responsibilities

• Upsell and promote:Engage with customers to upsell premium bottles, services, and additional menu items, aiming to boost sales.
• Manage tables and VIP areas:Keep tables stocked with necessary supplies like mixers, ice, and glasses, and ensure the area is clean and organized.
• Enhance the guest experience:Create a lively atmosphere and provide a memorable experience, which may include special presentations like sparklers.
• Collaborate with staff:Work with other team members, such as management, security, and kitchen staff, to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all guests.
