Job summary

Phillips Distilling Company is hiring a Bottle Blowing Utility Operator for 2nd shift at our Princeton, MN facility. This full-time, on-site role supports production lines, performs equipment setup and adjustments, quality checks and cross-training across Production areas.

The position offers a 4-day work week, competitive pay with a $2/hr shift differential, and opportunities for annual bonuses. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 3:45 PM to 2:00 AM, with a starting pay range of $22.00–$25.50 per hour

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to maintain current knowledge, skills and certifications relevant to the role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support production lines by supplying the line, monitoring product, adjusting equipment, hand packing, dumping, stacking, and quality checks.
• Set up and operate filling or molding machines, case packers, labelers, coders and related equipment.
• Lead shift setup and ensure proper operation of power, air and production line equipment.
• Perform line changes, CIP, washouts and cross-train across Production areas as needed.
• Provide work direction and training to team members as assigned and support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
