Job summary

Phillips Distilling Company (PDC) is seeking a full-time Material Handler I for 2nd shift in Minnesota. The role includes end-of-line production tasks, order picking, and safe forklift operations with RF scanning. It offers a 4-day work week, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include picking orders, staging shipments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to read English, perform basic math, and follow pick/pack processes.
• Proficient with RF-based scanning and inventory documentation.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and reliability in daily tasks.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills to use warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Picks orders safely and accurately using pick slips and routing.
• Operates forklift and pallet jack to move products within the warehouse.
• Scans pallets with RF scanner to verify product IDs and quantities.
• Stacks products with proper layer discipline to protect stock.
• Performs end-of-line duties and prepares pallets for shipping.
• Completes documentation and transfers locations on master sheets.
• Assists with loading/unloading trucks and maintains clean work area.
