Job summary

Boston Whaler in Edgewater, Florida is seeking a Kitter to support the boat assembly line with timely material flow. You will pull materials from shelves and prepare them for distribution on the manufacturing floor, following production orders and pick tickets.

The role requires expediting shortages, assisting with cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory. This full-time, day-shift position is based in a warehouse environment with safety equipment provided.

General Job Description

Machines, tools, or moving equipment

May use a variety of tools and equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, ladders, parts racks, wave lift, cherry picker, computerized MRP system to locate parts...etc.

Work is performed inside a warehouse manufacturing-type facility. There is exposure to a variety of dusts related to the production of fiberglass boats. Floors are concrete. Safety equipment such as cut gloves and safety glasses are provided. Additional safety equipment is provided upon request. Personal protective devices are provided as needed upon request.
