Job summary

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Boston, Massachusetts. The right PT will evaluate and develop a plan of care for diverse patient populations in acute care settings, with supervision of PTAs and collaboration with medical center personnel.

The role requires 1 year of PT experience (6 months may be accepted for exceptional candidates), BLS and state licensing, and involves 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year of PT experience required; exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered.
• BLS and state-specific licensing required.
• Physical Therapist should be able to stand and walk long periods and have solid anatomy knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs and therapy staff.
• Bill within the facility following guidelines.
• Interface with Medical Center staff and physicians for a team-based plan of care.
• Evaluate and create a plan of care and modify as patient condition changes.
• Use hospital computer systems and document per guidelines.
