Job summary

Anders Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Boston, MA. The role offers a 5x8 schedule in a hospital or clinic setting, with a start date of 10/04/2026.

You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a healthcare team to support mobility and functional outcomes. The position provides weekly pay, housing and meal stipends when applicable, travel reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active MA Physical Therapist license.
• At least 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience.
• BLS certification (AHA) if required by facility.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to adapt to new clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes
