Qualifications

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating real estate and general corporate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, operating agreements, organizational documents, real estate leases and commercial services contracts.
• Familiar with diligence review related to real estate projects, including title and survey matters, and running real estate closings.
