Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill children in a pediatric intensive care setting.

Ideal candidates hold an active Massachusetts RN license, BLS/ACLS, and PICU experience; PALS is preferred. Shifts are 12‑hour, day or night, with weekly pay and W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care in PICU.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
