Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill children in a pediatric intensive care setting.

Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. This PRN position offers weekly pay and benefits through a W2 arrangement.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Current BLS & ACLS training; PALS strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• American Heart Association training or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care in PICU.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
