Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Boston, Massachusetts. This role delivers high-acuity pediatric care in a fast-paced PICU setting, with flexible 12-hour shifts and scheduling based on facility needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Massachusetts RN license, BLS and ACLS (PALS preferred), and has at least 2 years of PICU experience. We offer weekly pay, W2 status, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Must have American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred).
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
