Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. The role focuses on high-acuity pediatric care in a PICU setting and requires flexibility for 12-hour shifts, day or night, as scheduled.

Ideal candidates have an active Massachusetts RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least 2 years of PICU experience. This W2 position offers competitive pay at $60–$62 per hour and weekly pay with direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license is required.
• Must hold American Heart Association certifications (BLS & ACLS; PALS preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care in PICU.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
