We Are Legal Revolution in Boston seeks a personal injury trial attorney to own bodily injury and catastrophic injury cases from filing to verdict. This partner-track role offers meaningful courtroom responsibility, extensive client contact, and a comprehensive compensation package in a Boston-based practice.

The firm emphasizes trial readiness, direct access to senior litigators, and a collaborative environment for high-stakes mass tort matters across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• License to practice law in Massachusetts in good standing.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience required.
• Not currently practicing on the defense side.
• Minimum 2 jury trials as first chair with a winning track record.
• Ability to manage a large, active caseload independently.
• Experience directing and guiding a team of staff.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
• In-office work with limited pre-approved remote days.
• Preferred: 5+ years plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Preferred: Prior first-chair trial work at leading plaintiff firm.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and file lawsuits.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Schedule and attend fact witness depositions.
• Retain experts and attend expert depositions.
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial.
• Try cases to verdict and handle post-trial motions.
• Attend file audits, litigation meetings, and trial clinics.
