Job summary

HiredFirst seeks a dedicated Contract Occupational Therapist in Boston, MA to empower patients to regain independence through tailored therapy programs. You will conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, and guide patients and caregivers in adaptive strategies, collaborating with a care team.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and organizational abilities required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• At least 1 year of professional experience (travel/contract experience a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and daily living skills
• Train patients and caregivers in adaptive equipment and strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of patient progress
