Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration project life cycle from collecting business requirements to design, development, testing, product release and support.
• Define work scope and time estimations and identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain status reports, update project stakeholders, and escalate as needed.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (specs) for end users and integration developers.
• Work with integration team members and vendors to set priorities.
• Identify areas that need system or workflow enhancements.
• Create unit, functional, and integrated test plans.
• Create change control entries and cutover plans.
