The BOSS Elementary POD Instructor will deliver high‑quality instruction in a blended learning environment for high school students. This role combines traditional classroom teaching with online learning methodologies to enhance student engagement and academic success. The teacher will work collaboratively with other educators, support staff, and students to develop and implement effective instructional strategies.

Physical Demands

A BOSS HS POD Instructor who works at a POD site daily faces a unique set of physical demands that combine traditional teaching responsibilities with the requirements of online instruction. This includes using computer‑based technologies for extended periods of time. Standing, sitting, and walking are also required.
