Conferences and Institutes is seeking a Youth Program Counselor for BOSS CAMP, to be held June 15-27, 2025.
Youth Program Counselors are responsible for the 24-hour supervision and safety of minors participating in this program. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of daily program administration, such as youth compliance policies, emergency response, communication with the Program Director and Manager, medication management, and oversight of health information. They may also assist with developing instructional content and delivering lessons and activities.
Full responsibility for monitoring safety, whereabouts, and behavior of participants at all times is required. Counselors must be able to respond promptly and calmly to issues concerning behavior, mental health, and program acclimation, often at any time of day or night, following proper notification protocols.
