Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years of customer service, sales, or relationship management experience.
• Ability to pass licensing exam and maintain good credit to become licensed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prequalified borrowers and past customers to generate referrals and new applications.
• Support pipeline development by engaging prospects and coordinating consultations with Licensed Loan Officers.
• Assist borrowers through the loan process with questions, documentation, and status updates from pre-approval to closing.
• Refer borrowers to Licensed Loan Officers for rate quotes, loan structuring, and other licensed activities.
• Utilize Encompass and CRM platforms to manage communications and loan records, and monitor pipeline activity.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers to strengthen relationships and solicit referrals.
