ElectriCom is seeking a Bore Operator to join our field crew in Indiana. The role operates directional drilling equipment, coordinates with locators and laborers, and helps maintain a safe, productive job site in outdoor conditions.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of bore operation experience, a CDL (or ability to obtain within 6 months), and willingness to travel. You will contribute to a team-focused company with strong safety standards and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of bore operation experience.
• Knowledge of utility construction excavation.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a directional drill and related tools.
• Coordinate activities of locators and laborers to meet production schedule.
• Maintain a safe and clean job site and comply with safety standards.
• Interact with Supervisor, Area Manager, co-workers, and customers.
