Qualifications

• Experience: Detaining suspected violators and enforcing import/export laws.
• Education: Master’s degree or higher; LL.B. or J.D. as applicable.
• Combination: Experience plus graduate-level education may apply.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the flow of legitimate trade and travel.
• Conduct inspections of individuals and conveyances.
• Determine admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States.
