Qualifications

• Specialized experience in law enforcement or other responsible work that demonstrated the ability to make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms.
• One year of specialized work experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level to interpret and enforce immigration or comparable laws, rules, and regulations, and to perform intelligence, investigations, and anti-smuggling activities.
