Job summary

Axis Energy Services seeks a Service Technician to operate in a team environment, with the ability to work without direct supervision. The role demands heavy physical work, strong communication, and adherence to safety standards at oil field sites in the Odessa area.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in well servicing or related oil field activities, plus a valid driver's license and the ability to manage 12-hour shifts and travel as needed. Local candidates within 60 miles are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in well servicing, pressure control, pumping operation or similar oil field services activities.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs frequently and perform team lifts.
• Must have a valid, active state-issued driver license.
• Must be able to work 12+ hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interface with related parties to ensure understanding of expectations and steps involved.
• Adhere to company and client policies and safety standards.
• Observe safety rules at all times and maintain a safe work environment.
• Select and use appropriate PPE and exercise Stop Work Authority when necessary.
• Perform tasks with limited direct supervision and take initiative when guidance is needed.
• Communicate effectively with management and co-workers and handle multiple tasks.
