Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in well servicing, pressure control, pumping operation or similar oil field services activities (frac, coil tubing, fishing).
• Ability to run high pressure BOP/Rental equipment as needed.
• Basic math, writing, computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter and ability to work with limited direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interface with all related parties to ensure understanding of expectations, task requirements, and steps involved.
• Adhere to all company/client policies and safety standards; uphold ethical practices.
• Observe safety rules and maintain a safe work environment.
• Select and use proper PPE for each task; exercise Stop Work Authority when needed.
• Work with minimal direct supervision and take initiative when unsure.
• Communicate effectively, be professional, mechanically inclined, and organized.
• Work 12+ hour days, day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
