Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC is seeking a BOP/Rental Service Coordinator to manage day-to-day completions operations, safety compliance, scheduling of rental activities, and supervision of the bop shop crew. This role demands BOP and rental equipment experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions aligned with Axis safety culture and core values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in well servicing, pressure control, pumping operation or similar oil field services activities ( frac, coil tubing, fishing ).
• Ability to run high-pressure BOP/Rental equipment as needed.
• Must have a valid, active state-issued driver license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for multiple service line field activity coordination and scheduling
• Coordinates and supervises shop activities of the rental division.
• Monitors daily progress of jobs or projects.
• Consistent communication and liaison with customer representatives and operations management throughout projects
• Reinforce with the HSE representatives on Axis safety culture of the BOP/Rental Shop
• Provides technical guidance and work direction to shop foreman.
• Regular audits on preventative maintenance initiatives on rental equipment
• Identify and recommend process improvements to operations management to promote high level service to customers.
• Manages special projects as assigned.
• Conducts all business activities in accordance with Axis Energy Services policies, safety compliance requirements and Axis Core Values
