Job summary

Axis Energy Services, LLC. seeks an experienced Operations Manager – BOP to lead safe, efficient maintenance and deployment of BOP equipment and related services. You will manage tech teams, coordinate with contractors, and ensure regulatory and customer standards are met in high-stakes well-site environments.

The role requires 8+ years in well service operations, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cost control, planning and budgeting while building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years in well control, BOP, and pressure testing; field service across geographies a plus.
• Proven leadership in rig execution, service delivery and crew scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe maintenance and deployment of BOP equipment and tools.
• Lead operational teams, ensure compliance with standards and budget.
• Coordinate well-site execution with contractors and internal dispatch.
• Develop staff, manage training, and drive process improvements.
