Job summary

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Kansas City is hiring for a customer-facing position at the Kansas City Airport exit booth. You will verify customers and paperwork, explain rental policies, and record numbers accurately. The role is full-time with benefits and requires comfort working outdoors as needed.

Shift is Monday–Friday from 5pm to 1am. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, 401K matching, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years old.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record in the last 3 years.
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify customers and paperwork at the exit booth.
• Interact with clients and explain rental policies and procedures.
• Record numbers accurately and efficiently.
• Be prepared to work outdoors at times and in a climate controlled booth.

Budget has an opening at the Kansas City Airport, verifying customers and paperwork at our exit booth. This position will be client facing and requires some experience with customers and the ability to record numbers, and become knowledgeable about rental policies and procedures. The booth is climate controlled, but candidates should be comfortable working outdoors. Shift times are Monday-Friday 5pm-1am.
