Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary backup to the Booster/Balloons Manager and be on-call 24/7.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team leaders and act as a trusted listener for employees.
  • Manage inventory and ordering materials and products; assist in creating and communicating production schedules.
  • Support tracking and reporting of production efficiencies; complete MOC documentation and temporary work instructions.
  • Develop expertise in plant operations, systems, and products; troubleshoot issues with attention to detail.
  • Provide support during training, engage with the team, and participate in management meetings as needed.
