Job summary

Tricascade Tech in New York City is seeking an experienced Integrations Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations using Boomi and Workday technologies. You will work across HR, Finance, Payroll and Security data exchanges with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL processes, and custom code in C# and Python.

The role requires hands-on development, production support, and a strong focus on data integrity and security across systems. Onsite presence in NYC is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting Workday integrations.
• Proficient with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, CSV and data formats.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting.
• Hands-on development in C# and Python.
• Experience with Boomi integration development is a plus.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and support Boomi integrations across enterprise systems.
• Develop complex integration flows using Workday and Boomi components.
• Implement error handling, logging, and production support for integrations.
• Collaborate on data transformation, routing, and data quality checks.
• Create and maintain API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and file-based endpoints.
• Troubleshoot data and integration issues across multiple systems.
• Support Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Benefits and related data exchanges.
